Data collected

Via the diagnostic and scheme forms (CIR, CII, European grants): first and last name, professional email, phone, company name, headcount, estimated turnover, sector, country, estimated R&D or innovation spend, amount sought, scheme of interest, and your free-text message.

Via the chat assistant (when enabled): the contact details you provide so an expert can get back to you.

Purpose

Your data is used solely to process your request (eligibility diagnostic for CIR, CII or European grants), route it to the relevant scheme expert, and follow up with you.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (form submission) and on the legitimate interest of Hetmos France in qualifying and supporting eligible companies.

Retention period

Data is kept for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses NO advertising or tracking cookies. Only privacy-friendly, anonymized audience measurement (Vercel Speed Insights) is used, without personal identifiers.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the Hetmos teams involved (group management, CIR/CII and grant experts) and stored in our internal CRM (HetHub). It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights: contact@hetmos.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
